The FB130 (160) R CNC floor-type boring and milling machine is a floor-mounted horizontal ram side-mounted structure. In terms of structural design and manufacturing technology, it has absorbed advanced experience and technology from both domestic and international sources. Following the principles of standardization and modularization, it adopts the most mature component structures available domestically. Utilizing the latest design methods such as 3D design technology (including 3D design software, finite element analysis, etc.), it is a high-end CNC boring machine that has been recently developed. It is suitable for multi-process machining of medium-sized parts, including face milling, boring/drilling, tapping, thread cutting, deep hole drilling with U-drills, turning of outer diameters (with accessories such as steady rests), and machining of three-dimensional surfaces. It can complete multiple processes in a single setup.
The FB130 (160) R CNC floor-type boring and milling machine features a column that moves horizontally back and forth along the bed guide (X-axis); a ram saddle that moves vertically up and down along the column guide (Y-axis); a ram that moves longitudinally back and forth along the ram saddle guide (Z-axis); the machine spindle moves back and forth (W-axis); the worktable moves longitudinally (V-axis); the worktable rotates (B-axis); and the main movement of the machine is the spindle's rotary motion (SP).
The main movements and motion coordinate axes of the machine are as follows:
(1) Main rotary movement of the machine (sp)
(2) Column lateral movement (X coordinate axis)
(3) Ram saddle vertical movement (Y coordinate axis)
(4) Ram longitudinal movement (Z coordinate axis)
(5) Boring bar axial movement (W coordinate axis)
(6) Worktable horizontal travel (V coordinate axis)
(7) Worktable rotation (B coordinate axis)
